We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will work closely with the HR and our hiring managers to help us accomplish our hiring goals by proactively identifying and engaging with new talents for our team of experts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including initial screenings, strong sourcing plan,be the point of contact for the candidates, recruitment companies etc, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Source candidates through various channels, including, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an amazing and positive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process to offer acceptance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents.
- Supporting hiring managers across the organization according to business needs
- Resume screening, Conducting phone interviews, Coordinating interviews for candidates and hiring managers
- Tracking, recording, and maintaining recruitment activities in our systems
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience as TA Coordinator- for technical roles - A must!
- Experience with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong execution capabilities, time management skills, results-driven, highly organized, hands-on and detail-oriented.
- You are a storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Proven experience of the full-cycle recruitment process.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- A data-driven approach. You like analyzing and working with data and using these insights for process improvement and optimization.
- Ambitious. You are eager to make an impact. You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, growth environment and are able to operate at the strategic level and the micro-detail to get things right.
- Handled a heavy load of interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with ATS- Greenhouse- Advantage
